1:1 Life and Health Healing Sessions

Service Description

During our one-on-one coaching sessions, I will meet you with warmth, compassion and a stubborn dedication to guide you to heal your issues, traumas and blockages. There will be deep conversations, detailed questions, and personalized activities to rewire, re-parent and re-build from the root up. It’s time to rise above it all because you are significant, worthy and deserving! With my laser focus on root cause, emotional literacy, trauma healing, and mindset redesign, we will be addressing: The dynamics of the environment you’re in the gentle exploration of your mind-body connection the quality of your relationships and your internalized belief systems. My promise is to guide you, help you dig deep and see you re-build a resilient foundation and tangible results from the bottom up — drawing from my years of skills as a coach and all the experience and wisdom I acquired from my own healing process. I also believe a person’s healing journey is as unique as their fingerprint so every healing protocol will be catered to each client individually. Together, we gently explore and examine the many layers while I help you on your journey of living a life that brings you the most joy, meaning, and sense of freedom. A recurring day and time slot is reserved and available to you for a private 50-minute coaching session with me. This is an ongoing professional relationship that helps you produce transformational results and enhance the quality of your life.

Cancellation Policy

To honor every group member’s commitment, the sessions will proceed on originally agreed upon dates and time. Please do make sure to honor your commitment and show up on time. Should you have to cancel, let’s face it, life can throw unexpected twists and turns our way, please rest assured that a recording will be dropped in your inbox within 24 hours following the class. (This pertains to Zoom Classes only) Refunds are issued with at least a 24-hour cancellation notice only, via a check, per mail. Please make sure that the specified dates and times work for you.
