Service Description

I invite you to join us for a sacred Grounding Ceremony, a space designed for those of us who constantly hold space for others and find it challenging to break free from over-functioning mode. As women who nurture and support, we often struggle to slow down, stop, and embrace stillness. I, too, have faced the difficulty of coming to a pause and sitting with silence, but I have also discovered the profound wisdom, rest, and rejuvenation that can be found in those quiet moments. Our women's circle offers a wonderful opportunity to find that elusive pause. Together, we will explore the power of stillness, listen to the wisdom within, and allow ourselves the rest and rejuvenation we so deeply deserve. Please bring a comfortable mat or blanket, and wear clothing that allows you to relax fully. This ceremony is a gift to yourself, a moment to reconnect with your inner wisdom and restore your energy. I look forward to sharing this sacred space with you.

Cancellation Policy

Spice for Life Coaching Cancellation Policy Cancellations by Spice for Life Coaching: If a session is canceled by Spice for Life Coaching, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations by Clients: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund.
