You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to be met.

I’m Sabine, and I walk alongside you as a Life Doula — a guide, a steady presence, and a trusted companion through life’s pivotal shifts.

Your Life Doula is not a trainer.
We don’t chase outcomes, pressure goals, or rush transformation.
We stay with you — holding space for what’s tender, real, and unfolding.

For years I’ve supported thoughtful, capable people who feel the weight of:

  • burnout and exhaustion

  • major life transitions

  • inner restlessness or loss of direction

  • questions that don’t yet have answers

  • creativity longing to emerge

  • big hearts that are tired of “doing” and ready to be

Whether we work one-on-one, in circles, in workshops, or speaking spaces, my commitment is simple:

Reiki is offered as a gentle, non-invasive form of energetic support that helps the body and nervous system return to balance.

This work is especially supportive during times of:

  • emotional overwhelm or exhaustion

  • grief, loss, or major life transitions

  • stress, anxiety, or burnout

  • periods of deep inner change or uncertainty

Spaces where individuals come together to explore self-awareness, grounding practices, soulful reflection, and embodied presence.

Our one-on-one work is not performance-based or goal-obsessed.
It is relational, reflective, and deeply human.

Together we may explore:

  • self-trust and inner authority

  • emotional resilience and nervous system support

  • boundaries, clarity, and aligned decision-making

  • reconnecting to meaning, creativity, and vitality

Sessions may include conversation, reflective inquiry, meditation, breathwork, journaling, or grounding practices — always guided by what you need in the moment.
